Return & Exchange Process

Returns

Not quite right? No problem. You’ve got 28 days from delivery to send your item back.

Returns are handled by our fulfilment partner, Woven Gentlemen’s Outfitters. Once received, they’ll process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 7 days.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size or want to swap for something else? You’ve got 28 days to request an exchange.

Woven will handle your exchange within 3 working days of receiving your return. Replacements typically arrive within 5–7 days. If your new item’s out of stock, we’ll help you choose an alternative.


Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition – clean, unworn, and with all tags and packaging. If anything’s missing or used, we may send it back to you without a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, grooming products, or earrings. Please see individual product pages for exclusions.


How to Send It Back

Include the returns form from your parcel – or download one here. No printer? No problem – a handwritten note with your name, order number, and return reason is just fine.

You’re free to use any courier, but we strongly recommend using a tracked and signed-for service – it protects both you and us if something goes missing.

International Returns

Sending something back from outside the UK? Please clearly mark your parcel as ‘RETURN TO SENDER’. Otherwise, customs fees may apply – which we’ll need to deduct from your refund.

We quality-check every order, but if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

How to Report a Fault

Please include:

  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if possible – they help speed things up

What Happens Next?

Once we’ve assessed the issue (sometimes with help from the brand or Woven), we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or refund – depending on what’s possible. If it’s a genuine manufacturing fault, we’ll sort it. No hassle.

I’ve lost my return form. What now?

Download a new one here, or just write your details by hand – we need your name, order number, and what you’re returning.

Have you received my return?

You’ll get a confirmation email once Woven logs your return – usually within 2–3 working days of arrival.

I forgot to include the returns form in my parcel

No big deal – email us at hello@mod.clothing with your name and order number and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after your return arrives and usually appear within 7 days, depending on your bank.

What if I paid with a gift card?

We’ll issue a new digital gift card for the refunded amount and email it to you.
