Return Information

Not quite right? No problem. If something doesn’t work out, you’ve got 28 days from the delivery date to send it back.

All returns and exchanges are handled by our trusted fulfilment partner, Woven Gentlemen’s Outfitters, who carefully packed your order. They're part of our extended team - and share our commitment to making things right.

Once your parcel reaches them, they’ll process your return within 3–5 working days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 7 days.

Exchange Information

Ordered the wrong size or fancy swapping for something else? No stress. You've got 28 days to request an exchange.

Our fulfilment team at Woven will handle your exchange within 3 working days of receiving your return. Replacements typically arrive within 5–7 days. If your new item isn’t available, we’ll be in touch to help you choose something else.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them - clean, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging. If anything’s missing or used, we may have to return it to you without issuing a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, grooming products, or earrings.

How to Send It Back

Include the returns form from your parcel - or download a new one here. No printer? No worries - a handwritten note with your name, order number, and return reason is just fine.

You're free to use any courier, but we strongly recommend choosing a tracked and signed-for service. It protects you (and us) if something goes missing in transit.

International Returns

Sending something back from outside the UK? Please clearly mark your parcel as 'RETURN TO SENDER'. If not, customs charges may apply - and we’ll need to deduct those from your refund.

Faulty Items

We quality-check every order, but if something slips through, we’ll make it right.

  • Your full name and delivery address
  • Your order number
  • A quick note on the issue
  • Photos if possible - they help speed things up

What Happens Next?

Once we've assessed the issue (often with help from the brand or Woven), we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund depending on what’s possible. If your item’s faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll sort it. No hassle.

I’ve lost my return form. What now?

It happens! Download a new one here or just write the details by hand. We just need your name, order number, and what you'd like to return or exchange.

Have you received my return?

As soon as Woven logs your parcel, you’ll get a confirmation email. This usually takes 2–3 working days after arrival.

I forgot to include the returns form in my parcel

No big deal — just email us at hello@modclothing.co.uk with your name and order number. We'll take care of the rest.

How long will it take to get my money back?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving your return, and may take another 5–7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

What if I paid with a gift card?

Easy - we’ll issue a new digital gift card for the refunded amount and email it to you.
